It was easy to order and the explanation for the product was very straightforward. I got this for my son for Christmas!

I ordered my parcel on the 28th of November. Their website says 5-7 business days for delivery. This is a lie. On the 3rd of December I got an email saying it’s on the way, great. Then absolutely nothing. Gift was originally for my dad’s birthday on 11th of dec and when it didn’t turn up before it I said I’d just give it to him for Christmas. Been contacting customer service 3 times since then and they still can’t tell me where my parcel is or when it will arrive. The emails they send are obviously AI generated and give little to no information. I was asking for an ETA and have still not got one after 3 days of emailing back and forth. Don’t buy off them it’s not worth the hassle.

We’re very sorry for the delay and the frustration this has caused. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. Due to the holiday peak season, some shipments experienced unexpected delays, but we understand that this does not excuse the lack of clear updates. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, especially as this was meant to be a gift. To ensure your case is personally reviewed and resolved as quickly as possible, please contact us directly at [email protected] and include your order number. Our team will prioritize checking the shipment status and provide you with a clear solution. Thank you for your patience, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to make this right.

Im a huge fan of Birdfy and love all their products. This bird bath has to have the best camera quality that I've seen from them. It was simple to set up and is easy to take apart for cleaning with out the camera being an issue. Love this!

I have purchased previous products from this site and am extremely happy with them. The camera quality is very good and we have received many compliments at the bird encounters we have had so far. I do have a few issues with the delivery process and not sure if it is with Birdfy end or USPS end. My last purchase was made on December 5th and it left the company the next day. Since then my package has traveled from Georgia to Coppell, Tx to Lindale, Tx to Dallas Tx, back and forth or 3 times. As of December 17 I am still waiting for my wifes gift to show up. Tracking shows me that it is sitting in Dallas now for 4 days. Product itself is excellant but shipping not so good this go-around.

Thank you for your continued support and for your honest feedback. We sincerely apologize for the significant delivery delay and the frustrating back-and-forth routing of your recent order. This is certainly not the experience we want for our valued customers. You are right that during the peak holiday season, carriers like USPS have faced unprecedented volumes, leading to unexpected delays and routing inefficiencies. We are actively working with our logistics partners to understand and address this specific case. To assist you immediately, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number. We will personally escalate your shipment with the carrier for tracking and expedited handling, and we would like to offer a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused. We truly appreciate your patience and your kind words about our product quality. We are committed to resolving this and ensuring your wife's gift reaches you as soon as possible.

The feeder itself turned into maybe the best birthday present I have ever given my wife (married 31yrs,so say’s a lot) and this solar charger will complete the experience for her.

Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful story! We’re truly honored that the feeder became one of the best birthday gifts you’ve ever given your wife—especially after 31 years of marriage. That really means a lot to us. We’re delighted to hear that the solar charger will complete the experience and make it even more enjoyable for her. Wishing you both many happy moments watching birds together! 🐦💚

I have the original Birdfy feeder and the Birdfy 2. The cameras are fantastic, not only can I see birds but I can see across my front and back yards. Highly recommend.

Thank you for your loyalty and for sharing your honest feedback about the Birdfy 2 feeding tray. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment caused by the plastic tray's durability against squirrels. We designed the metal tray as a robust, squirrel-resistant upgrade based on customer feedback, and we regret that the standard tray did not meet your expectations in a challenging environment. To make this right for you, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement solution. We truly appreciate your support and are committed to ensuring your Birdfy experience remains a positive one.
