We’re truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment this situation has caused. We understand how upsetting it is when an order placed on November 30th still hasn’t arrived, especially after missing Christmas. Our support team has already reached out to you by email to follow up on your order. We’re absolutely not ignoring your case and are ready to make this right by offering either a replacement shipment or a full refund, based on your preference.
