Great feeders and customer service
My love for these feeders started when my son bought me a hummingbird feeder for Christmas 2024. When I was able to put it up in warmer weather, I knew right away I wanted other kinds of feeders! I purchased a hummingbird feeder for my mom as well as the birdy feeder. Then this yearI got the birdfy 2 pro. My mom and I are able to view each other's birds (as well as anyone you share the link with) Pictures and videos are clear. With the Pro, there's a 2nd camera that moves with the bird and records zoomed in! Customer service was very good! As with any product, my 1st H.B feeder didnt work anymore. They were quick to respond and send a replacement. I highly recommended Birdfy Netvue feeders!
