I have been using Birdeye for a couple of months now and they have been no help in fixing my website. I cannot even get anyone to respond to me via email or phone/Zoom. They do however keep charging my credit card. For the amount of money they charge, there is plenty or other Brands/Products out there that have the same features, for less money and with actual customer service.

Customer service is 5-stars. I've worked with a lot of account managers from Fortune 500 companies to small mom and pop shops, but I've got to say, of the hundreds of software programs I've used, Birdeye's account managers are the best. Birdeye has helped our marketing and look forward to a long partnership.

I would not recommend Birdeye! I was promised to rank higher on Google. The only reason my visibility became higher when I started paying for Google Ads directly. I paid for one year and I was very specific I would only try it for that one year they auto renewed and charged me an additional $5500 without prior consent.

Brideye is an excellent solution to make certain that your digital presence is accurate and updated, excellent if you're a one person show and do not have support staff to do so. Initiating positive online reviews has been phenomenal as well, providing us with ma much better reputation management product.

I would leave a negative star if I could. I have been begging this company for months not to renew my annual subscription due to significant health issues, I have been pushed from person to person and mostly ignored. I have provided medical certificates and evidence that I am physically unable to use this service and yet they continue to charge my bank account and intend to do so for another 12 months because I did not advise them months before I became ill that I needed to not renew.
