GOLD IRA- What is important: Ask question to truly understand precious metals investiments.
This review has been revised and updated. After speaking with Adrineh from God Birch, I feel much more confident in my precious Metals investment. Audrineh was very patient and thoroughly explained how a precious metals IRA works, and after speaking with her I feel that my inial review wasn't fair or accurate. So I feel that it's necessary to revise my initial review. Adrineh was very professional, kind truly inspired confidence in the company.

Precious metals IRA
I researched several companies for a couple of weeks before signing with Birch for my long-term, IRA investment. After absorbing all the info I could from the specialists, I did my own research on the different metals, purchase options and felt very confident with my decisions. They're able to offer the lowest, annual, maintenance fee out there, through their relationship with the custodian and made the rollover process a breeze! I did have a couple of customer service issues that were immediately addressed by Adrineh, Director of Customer Relations. She is amazingly personable and professional, along with the very sweet girls who answer the phones. I'm looking forward to a long, prosperous relationship with Birch!

Richard and Tracy are awesome
I spoke with Richard first and he was extremely helpful with a great personality. Then I spoke with Tracy to assist in handling transfer procedure. They both explained with great thoroughness of all expectations. I’m so glad I used Birch Gold

Great experience
My wife and I could not have been happier and more satisfied from start to finish with our precious metals purchase from BGG. We were new to the process and the gentleman (Stuart) who provided our initial orientation over the phone and then, based upon our preferences for our particular situation, crafted what we considered to be the optimum blend of products was professional and pitch perfect.
