Any time I ever had an issue with any order, I heard back immediately, knew the name of the person working on my issue and the customer support was very personable. I love your business model!

Birchbox--I've been with you awhile, I know your Biz School backstory, I've been tolerant and understanding of your growing pains; you have handled them with aplomb. You have grown and developed with very little friction visible to the consumer. Your customer service is always helpful, gracious and talks to you like another beauty/product loving girlfriend (even though she has her Ph.D., she can still rave about her favorite new non-drying red lipstick)--DON'T EVER LOOSE THAT QUALITY OF INTERACTION WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS! But here is the rub--I have had more than one full size product shipment arrive crushed and gooey with its internal contents damaged beyond repair; sometimes part of my order has been missing. And frankly, I kind of feel like a second class citizen out here on the West Coast. I rarely receive my monthly box before the 20-22nd of the month and by that time you have already started sending emails about December product choices etc. The West coast needs some love!

I love most of the samples they send me and it has been really helpful in showing me new beauty brands to try. The samples are almost always a great value for the size and number of uses. I do wish they would stop sending me fragrance items though.

I have to say the customer service is great here. Once I notified them that a product had been sent me to open and leaked all over my purchase. Not only did they send me a whole new product for free, they also added points into my account. I wish that the samples matched my needs more. I don't use heat to style my hair nor do I straighten it. I tend to get a lot of samples that I never use. Maybe Birchbox should have a more thorough questionnaire. Besides that, I look forward to my box every month!

Good samples - I keep getting full size samples too! Brilliant service, quick postage and great rewards!

I live four hours from the nearest Sephora, so Birchbox is IT when it comes to skincare and makeup for me that doesn't come from a drugstore and I've reached the age where I want the best stuff that WORKS! Occasionally there are order snafus, but Birchbox always handles them with grace and makes things right. Really the best customer service of any online merchant I've ever dealt with.

I have been with Birchbox since 2012 and I am still just as in love as day one. I have upgraded many of my beauty products because of Birchbox's great finds! I recommend it to everyone
