I recently ordered two items and needed them sent to our Alabama home. This order was placed around 8:30 one evening. The next morning, I noticed on my account in Yahoo that these items where being sent to our Kentucky home. After I called, the lady left me on the line for a short time and then came back and said the order would be sent to Alabama. I received it yesterday. I appreciate the quick and courteous service. I love BIRCHBOX!!
