I love birchbox! Feels like Christmas every time a new box arrives. I love that I can pick samples for my next box. The boxes are so cute! It's a great deal at only $10 a month!

I have really enjoyed Birchbox. It is more of an experience then services like Ipsy. I have really enjoyed sampling the products and I look forward to the arrival of my samples each month. Birchbox is fun and I am glad to be a participant/member.

I wish that birchbox points were redeemable no matter how many you have not just by increments of ten. Also I just received a promo code and then a second email saying the first one wasn't valid then the second one I tried to use ended up not being valid.

I literally never hesitate to reach out to birchbox-they are always helpful and informative and they understand that their subscribers are their highest priority. Love love love them!

there was some confusion becauseyou can't have 2 birchboxes sent to the same address with the same email which is very strange and we needed to fix this problem as my daughters were each given a subscription as a gift. we stopped getting one of the gifts. disappointed that something so common caused a disruption in service some of the items were a bit too small

a good way to learn about and try new products without purchasing full sizes. It would be even better if we could be more specific about the types of products/uses we would like to try or not to try.
