I really enjoy Birchbox. The point system is what makes Birchbox stand out from other subscription beauty boxes. The price is also great. There are many months I continue to get items/ colors that I would never use such as eyeshadow and lip sticks in purples, ect. Also, both my woman subscription and man box had many repeat items 3 months in a row. These little fixes would make this box almost perfect!

Fun, easy & great way to try products!! I use & try then give what I'm not interested in to friends! If fit in budget a fun way to add some "glamour" to your mail/man

I have both pros and cons. First of all I absolutely love the idea of getting a package every single month to look forward to. I Perk up and it immediately puts a smile on my face…until sometimes when I open the box. My only frustration lies when either what is shown to be in the boxes and actually isn't in the box or when they throw something in the box that is completely irrelevant to me at all. I almost don't understand why they did a questionnaire prior to me getting my first box if they're not going to review the notes before sending out items. Other than that I do like the ability to try new things each month, things that I wouldn't necessarily pick for myself. I was introduced to some great things that I ended up purchasing in the end. Also, what's the use of being a VIP? I have never been able to edit my box or get the good stuff, just all face creams and sunscreens. It seems the limited supply is very limited. Since the first box I've gifted one for my Sister and my Husband, which his December box was nothing like the one they posted online. I ended up subscribing him to Bespoke Post as well to make up for his December disappointment. Just work on really choosing for your customer and not being so misleading with your box and you'll be fine.

I am enjoying the Birchbox experience so far, but would be even more pleased if a few improvements were made. First, please do a better job of matching makeup colors and tones with the subscriber's profile. It's not helpful to you or us to send us makeup that we can't wear or really sample because they match horribly with our skin tone, etc. Also, the size of some samples makes them useless. Lastly, shipping is slow and so behind the times. Is it too much to expect delivery within 5 days at max? Maybe so - if it weren't that the normal delivery time from a similar service I use is 3 days.

I subscribe to 3 beauty boxes(birchbox, ipsy, and glossybox).They are all great but for different reasons. Birchbox has the best point system. I like that you can pick an item or a special box each month so it's not such a gamble. I'm more familiar with the brands too. Ipsy has a bonus reusable bag and often has full size items. Glossybox has full size products and a limited edition holiday box.

I love Birchbox. I can try all kinds of products at an incredibly low price. I look forward to my new box every month. You never know what you will get.

It was so much fun to look forward to the magic box every month, & for the most part, the samples were awesome. But I had shipping problems most months, & ultimately was never able to choose my samples or box, or my choices somehow vanished, & I got something else. They were always happy to send another box, or different choices, but for me to stay, I needed solutions, not bandaids. I may try again. It really was fun, & I got a friend & her daughter hooked.
