I actually really like their service , they always have a very quick answer as to purchase, all I see a little uncomfortable is that a long time coming , huh been signed to other pages and you are always the last to arrive

I recently spent 35.99 in the store, utilizing my points and a deal for 10 dollars off my purchase. There was also a promise of 2 free samples with a $35 purchase, my package arrived with no samples. It was false advertisements like this that have caused me to cancel my birchbox subscription.

I keep getting so many lotions or the same colors practically in eye liner or eye shadow I like a mix up. I even put on the perfume question that I only wanted one or two every 6 months I've been getting one almost every month for the past 4 months

My daughter look forward to seeing what she is getting everything month.

I love that I get to try things I wouldn't normally purchase and that you guys do such a great job personalizing my box of samples each month.
