I always feel welcome on the site and in the app. It's easy to understand and follow. Everything is helpful and organized well. The app is graphically beautiful, the animations and design of the app are clean and visually appealing. I get nonstop offers, which I am in no way complaining about. Open door is the best way to describe this company. I feel comfortable, welcome and knowledgable when I come around and I really feel that this company is genuinely trying to help me as a consumer. I wouldn't change a thing. I hope you continue to grow and thrive as a company, an idea and an entity. Birchbox is very much worth the $10 a month to receive samples and gain points that translate to money in the shop. I like most of the things I get in my boxes, and the reward system beats out any other beauty subscription service.

Great product and no hassle shipping. Birch box always give you access to tracking your packages. I have ordered other products from them as well and have never had any trouble with anything from birchbox.
