I signed up for Birchbox about 5 months ago and haven't looked back since. The boxes are phenomenal and points system makes shopping on their site fun and addicting!

Birchbox is nice and i like the concept of monthly boxes but would prefer if atleast 2 items could be personally picked as not all the items in the box come in use.

I love that I can sample various products to find ones I like that I never would have tried before. There's nothing worse than spending a lot of money only to find out you don't like a product or it doesn't work for you. This way I know before I buy that it's exactly what I'm looking for.

Out of all the monthly make up sample deliveries birchbox is the best.

I really didn't know what to expect when I subscribed to Birchbox, but I am very happy with this service. I am always excited when my Birchbox arrives, and have discovered some wonderful products, that I have purchased, and now use as part of my beauty regime. I am typically pleased with at least 80 % of the samples I receive, and wish I had the funds to purchase more of them. I did have a problem with an order I placed, doubling, and it appeared I ordered two of the same product, separately, at the same time. I immediately contacted customer service who resolved the issue quickly, and correctly, with a pleasant, helpful attitude. I've really enjoyed my Birchbox experience!

For $10 you get wonderfully curated beauty products. Most times they are "new to me" brands or products, which otherwise I wouldn't have known about or afraid to try out on my own. Their website is easy to navigate. You always feel like you're getting the best deal out there.
