Great experience with customer service, great products. Absolutely worth it.

I really love Birchbox because for a nominal fee you get a monthly box of products to try and can decide if you would like to then purchase the full size versions. It also gives you the chance to share your likes and dislikes and have them customize your box based on your profile!

I have never had a problem with Birchbox. I love this company. Great products, great selection, great prices, shipping is quick and they always offer discounts and specials. I have recommended them to friends and I will continue to do so!!

Hello, as of August 2. I purchased a yearly subscription of birch box. I was under the impression that I will receive 2 boxes with my purchase. Last month's and the current moth of purchase but I only received one box. I recommend birchbox to my friends and family and when they signed up they received 2 boxes in the mail as their first order.

Purchased a few item Birchbox, very good quality and very reliable service. Always received packages on time with no hassle. Customer service is also really good. Nice variety in monthly boxes, will definitely recommend
