Excellent product and quick responsive customer service.

Once I filled out my profile when signing up, I haven't recieved one sample that I haven't used! I love that I could customize my box and not get a bunch of samples that I would never use.

A few ups and downs with delivery but customer service always helps and quickly!

Birchbox is a good service for someone that likes to experiment. They send a lot of color and products that seem ment for younger people (teens or 20-somethings). In my mid-thirties, I do not experiment as much anymore so I rarely use what is sent other than to try it out once or twice. Overall, I would recommend this to someone young but would not recommend this for everyone.

I love the prodects that I got. I ordered them because I revived them in the mail the month before and loved them. I would most definitely recommend this to people.

After ordering a couple of items from birchbox, I patiently awaited for my package. Unfortunately it never showed up. I spoke with UPS and all they could say was that they had no idea what happened to my package. So I contacted birchbox and they fixed the problem within 24 hours. They shipped me another package I am greatful that it was taken care of right away. I definitely did not get the run around like I did with UPS!
