Rare Issues Met with Friendliness
There have been so few times when I've had any issue, but the couple of times that I have, Birchbox has far exceeded my expectations in friendliness and customer service.

Very good customer service
I had a problem in that I moved and my Birchbox went to my old address, but apparently never got forwarded. My subscription was a gift, and I expressed to BB support that I didn't want my cousin to have to pay for a box I never received, and they INSTANTLY said, "No worries! We'll gladly extend your gift subscription an extra month to make up for it!" I was so impressed and delighted. Thank you!

Great experience so far
I have only been receiving Borchbox for a few months but so far I really enjoy it. I especially love the titles they our in the mailing label "The Sunny" or "The Brillant". Puts more of a smile on your face on top of knowing you have a box of goodies.

Fun beauty site with a great assortment, just a few kinks
Wish there was no minimum on free shipping. Wish I didn't have to watch a video to find out about the upcoming monthly sample options. Products I've wanted to order with a time sensitive discount code not in stock. Wish there were more detailed sub categories within a category search ( ex: eye cream/ specific products for firming, etc...) But the positives: love the assortment, brands offered, no brand restrictions when discounts are offered (vs other sites!), great customer service, affordable monthly subscription, love the rewards program.

Birchbox Customer Service
The service I have received has been nothing short of EXCELLENT! I had an issue,and it was dealt with promptly . The representative was courteous,professional, and met my needs 100%.

Never had any issues w customer service
I never had any issues w customer service, just decided the sample choices were not for me.

Great!
I'm not very into putting on makeup or fussing over my hair so I was reluctant to join birchbox, but I love it now. I've already found a great new shampoo conditioner and some other cool stuff along the way. It's great to get samples so stuff I would never buy normally and see if I like it. Like who knew that cc cream was a must have! Thanks birchbox!

Going Downhill
Boxes started good, but they have been going downhill & samples are smaller.
