Not only is the service excellent, but the products they offer are fantastic!

Love the birchbox. The only thing I would change is an option for how many skin care product or tools or makeup received. I feel like I am receiving a lot of the same things or skin or hair product for a skin type I do not have. Received lots of oils for hair and skin last month but I have oily hair and skin so wasn't able to enjoy this box as much as normal

Best products, used up and reordered many of them in full size. Always happy, every month whereas I can't say that about my other subscriptions I get.

The product samples are good although some are too small Like hair products.

I bought a limited edition It's a Charmed Life box for somebody for Christmas and 2 weeks before Christmas I finally went through everything and the picture frame was broken. I was pretty disappointed so I emailed Birchbox customer service and they were in touch within 24 hours and said they could either replace it or refund me. I chose to have it replaced and received it a few days prior to Christmas!!!

Everything I've gotten so far have been great. I love all the skin care options.

Having a Birchbox subscription is a lot of fun. It's like a little surprise in the mail each month. As long as you don't take it too seriously, you won't be disappointed. You won't love every single product they send you but there are plenty of ways to rectify that. Trade products with your friends and family or use eDivv to swap samples. The Birchbox rewards program is great too. It make shopping with them really worth it.

I wishe there were a little more beauty tools in the boxes and more makeup, but the boxes have all had great products. I also loved the experience I had with Aira in customer service!
