Love getting fun beauty products in the mail. Most are top-notch with only missing the mark a few times...

I received BirchBox as a birthday gift and continued my subscription after the gift ended. Also gave 3-month gift subscription to my sisters and sister-in-law because I like it so much. I like earning points which I can use in the store as well for items that I discover through my sample box.

I feel they do a lot of repeats and could add another sample. A lot of people say there are better "sample" companies that are better because they give you more. I do love the boxes every month.

I had a missing item in my monthly box. When I contacted customer service about my issue, they sent me a new box. I honestly thought I would only get the missing item, instead I got all the other items that were in my initial box. Great service.

Loving quite a bit of the samples and product I'm getting but still receiving items very similar to the ones I reviewed with a low score and that don't really work for me. Also while my husband gets his birchbox for men on the first of the month or before ( he received his January Bo's today December 26) I have to wait until mid to the end of the month to receive mine. It would be nice to have more options when creating your profile but overall happy with the service :)

It's a fairly good service, but you guys should have the option to leave certain categories out. For instance, me, I don't have hair and I keep getting stuff for hair sometimes it's 3 items then I can only use 2. I'm not getting the full benefits.

my birchbox got lost in the mail service i waited the ten days as stated in policy even though i do not not live on the west coast and still no tracking update so i emailed birchbox and within 1 or 2 days they got back with me and sent a replacement box. very easy no hassels great customer service

Cool to receive in the mail- fun to wait for! But felt like all I got was the same stuff each time; like dry shampoo over and over. Said I didn't want perfume sample, got it. Bit confusing with preview emails to preselect. Then already out of the sample you anticipated getting. Anyway, it was fun accumulating points to spend but would've been nice if they tracked what you already got.
