I purchased three products on October 2, one of which being the oribe wave and shine spray. I was charged for all three products and thought they would be arriving soon. Three days later I received an email stating that the oribe product was no longer available and that I would be issued a refund. I was left disappointed and upset that birchbox had taken so long to realize the product was no longer available- especially after charging me.

Every month I get new stuff and love them. My teenage daughter loves everything you send
