I've had boxes never arrive, items missing from boxes and orders, and even a defective product once and even though I reached out each time something was wrong, I only heard from their customer service once. I'm completely not impressed with this company.

I must say you will not get answer. I suggest to stop shopping here. There is no communication, money was taken from my bank account immediately but when there is an issue there is no-one there, you will not get any resolution. This has to be reported to Trading standards. They never answer phone! If any issue , returns forget about refund. They do not replay and answer phone. Looks like they are planning to close down , so the service is diabolical, in fact shambolic! Be aware , but there is something wrong with this company right now , so do not try to shop here or give your bank details.

There has only be one time I have been disappointed with what I got from Birchbox.

I love how quickly my orders come and always get the product requested.

I have had some good boxes, some great boxes, and a few horrible boxes. For example this month 3 of my samples are eyeliner markers which I've reviewed numerous times as not for me. But overall I love smashbox, it cosmetics, and other various brands I recieve from them. Overall I honestly prefer ipsy because you get a usable bag. The boxes are useless for me.
