If I could rate this company at zero stars I would. Ordered the black friday deal on the 21st November, not heard anything and no update on my order. On Instagram they have revealed they have sent their December boxes to customers with people claiming they have received them.. which to me I think is a load of tosh and an absolute rip off. No feedback from customer service. Can safely say they almost had a new and excited customer but I am going to cancel my subscription now because this is ridiculous. Don't make the mistake I did and subscribe before reading reviews!!! avoid at all cost!! I would also like to add... I have a friend who worked for a company that paid him to write fake 5 star reviews.. so if you see any on here, please take it with a pinch of salt.

Purchased the black friday deal of 2 boxes for £5 on 21st Nov 2018, took my money but not sent the boxes, it's now 7th December! Can't get to speak to anyone via phone! No proper updates or anything, it's a shambles of a company. Stay clear and avoid at all costs! 😡

Appalling customer service they take to long to respond if at all,they have taken my money and not sent any boxes,please avoid this company.

Absolutely appalling customer service. So disgusted and sick of tired of trying to get my money back that they took from my account.

Poor service!!! I ordered a box a few weeks ago and received an email to say it had been dispatched and never received anything I then had to chase them and eventually they replied telling me it wouldnt be dispatched until the following week then would be another 3-5 working days. I emailed back asking why they told me it had been dispatched but now it hadn’t I also asked for a discount or refund due to the severe delay. They eventually replied ignoring the issues and queries I raised and so I emailed again and still no reply. I tweeted, instagrammed and facebooked them and still nothing. What a poor service I wont be using them again

First time using this service and very disappointed. Placed order on the 11th, still not received by 21st despite tracking info given on the 12th.so I email them , waiting 5 days for a reply. Item got lost then in a later email blamed black friday when I ordered way before this. Lovely apologies and new one sent but very upset that no discounts were given off future boxes or free gift. Will be trying other companies out there...

The idea of the men's Birchbox is great and I get some really high quality products to try without breaking the bank. Sometime the samples are a little too small to get a good feeling for how they really work.

Same as previous reviews. Told my box was dispatched then it was 28th November then again this evening told it will be dispatched 3rd December. Quick enough to take money from people and then not bother sticking to delivery times. In the email it states because of Black Friday orders etc they can’t fulfill the allocated dispatch date.....solution is the company clearly cannot fulfill orders placed! First time using them and I’m not fussed at all, I run a business and delivering goods is part of that for myself to I understand a couple of days but 3 weeks?! Shame!!
