Birchbox is a wonderful company, and their best asset is their employees. I've had a few minor snafus, but customer service has always gone above and beyond to help me. I love ordering from Birchbox because I feel like I get a great deal, and the points system is wonderful. In fact, the only area where Birchbox is lacking is as a subscription box. The products aren't very exciting or new. And the sample sizes are so tiny. The only reason I keep the service is for the points from reviewing the product.

I've been a birchbox subscriber for 2 years. I've discovered many new brands and favorites along the way. Is every single sample something I enjoy? No, but that's not the point of this service. Many products I never would've tried on my own have become favorites. The points system can't be beat, and customer service has always been fast and friendly. Best ten bucks I spend every month.

I've only had one problem, it was with the condition a limited box arrived, that being said, you quickly resolved the issue and the end result was, I was very happy. I will continue to shop and continue my yearly subscription.

I was trying to use my coupon code. I know how to input a coupon code. It was not working on the perfume gift set. The person said they would take care of it. No issues overall I was satisfied.

I've never have any sort of problem with birchbox. Every month I enjoy the selection of samples they sent me, also I enjoy the box they come in and I use them for storage purposes. Another thing I really like is that some months you can choose between a few options what do you want to get. And another plus is they do not send tons of spam! I really recommend it!

Really like the idea of having samples of a variety of products. The only thing I would change is giving us the choice of samples to choose from or at least picking one of the five samples. If that was the case then I would have given it 5 stars.

When I first subscribed to birchbox, it was a monthly little box of awesome. Now, I think if I get one more Harvey Prince perfume in my box (3 consecutive months) I will go mental. Also, customer service used to be amazing, courteous and personal, whether I reached out through email or phone. Now, they take forever to get to your issue, they obviously don't read English, and they don't solve the problem. I have gotten more answers that began with "unfortunately " from them than anything the last 6 months. Not renewing my yearly subscription when it runs out.
