I have to say, my experience with BirchBox has been nothing but amazing. Any questions I ask via the online customer service were always asked quickly and thoroughly and the feedback always seemed friendly. I've found several products I would never have known about that I now love and own full sizes of. I made a point to visit the birchbox store in Soho which was amazing. The sales reps there were so helpful and even gave my friend a sample of a face product. The experience was so good I can't wait to go back. I'm really pleased with this company , it sets itself apart from other beauty retailers with its concept and delivery.

Birch box definitely raises the bar with all subscription make up services as well as's door fronts with their excellent too perfect customer service, huge variety of merchandise and highly trained and friendly customer service representatives !

I've been a subscriber for over 2 years now. Some critique subscription boxes by saying "you're paying to be marketed to" but Birchbox is so much more. The monthly subscription provides me with access to amazing products I would never think to try on my own, from brands that are amazingly excellent in quality but that I might not have heard of or used before. That, combined with their editorial content, has helped me learn so much in terms of picking quality products that work for me. On top of that, any time I've ever interacted with customer service, they have always more than surpassed all expectations.

I really love the points for reviews and the fact that they can be combined with promo codes for great savings on a lot of my favorite brands. I have had a few issues with shipping over the last few years and while birchbox used to address these things swiftly and attentively, I have taken a hit twice in the last few months. Twice I had to toss full size orders without any replacement when I let them know their packaging was not adequate and my products spilled. I am sticking with them until January having just placed (but not yet received!) my first full size order since the last incident.
