I'm loving Birchbox more than any other subscription! Although I gave not loved all the samples I have received, the customer service and the loyalty program keeps me coming back! I had an issue with an item melting during transport and not only did the cheerfully send out a replacement, but they let me keep the other one! It was a candle I was giving as a gift, so even though it looked a little ragged, I can (and do) still use it and the gift recipient was quite happy with her new, not melted, candle!) I have learned about and become obsessed with a few great products and have enjoyed of gifted many more!

So far I have had no issues or complaints about Birchbox. In fact, I love them! Getting little treats in the mail is one of my highlights every month. I look forward to getting my colourful bbox in the mail. It's a perfect way to explore and try new products. Thanks to bbox I've found many new favourites that have changed my life. Products that otherwise I would probably never have discovered. I recommend to everyone. It's also a great way to send gifts. Love it!

The most important aspect of any shopping experience in my opinion, is customer service. birchbox provides phenomenal customer service. Every employee that I've had the pleasure to communicate with rather it by through chat, email, or on the phone, has went above and beyond to answer any questions I have and make me HAPPY! The second most important aspect of a shopping experience is making sure you're receiving the best value. I am 100% certain that I am receiving the very best value with birchbox. Their points system basically pays for the box. I have scored so many awesome deals with my points, and coupon codes. I have tried several different beauty boxes, and birchbox is my favorite, without a second thought. I use about 99% of the products that I receive. Birchbox LISTENS to their customers. I would recommend birchbox to anyone! My husband also receives birchbox MAN, and he loves it. He looks forward to his box each month. Thank you, thank you, thank you birchbox for a phenomenal experience! Customer for life! I can't say how many times I've wished birchbox had a location near me, so that I could work for them. That's how much I love it!!

I've had all positive experiences with Birchbox. The couple of times that I emailed customer service with a question or concern, the question was answered to my satisfaction, and the concern resolved. I love the products, and that I always receive my box within the first 10 days of the month. I only wish that more than 5 samples were included in the box per month :-)

I've purchased from a lot of websites, but this has been the greatest. My orders have been lost in the mail, and Birchbox either locates the package or sends me a new item. I have told so many friends about Birchbox and couldn't be happier.

Great experience but loosing interest fast

I always get super quick and helpful responses to all my inquires and I've sure had several. Everyone has always been professional and make sure to compensate when reasonable. There have been a few products I've ordered that ended up being out of stock and that's a little frustrating, but I understand. Overall, I love Birchbox and their customer service is awesome.
