Most of the time the site works just fine but when it comes time for sample choice the site doesn't work well at all. I tried this past month to make my choice but it wouldn't work. I ended up clicking on a few different choices but it wasn't my first choice. Otherwise everything else has been wonderful. Fast customer service and shipping too.

I love Birchbox but have contacted customer service 5 times this year: missing items, damaged items, wrong item sent. I love the Birchbox concept but I won't give it as a gift.

I have tried many beauty subscriptions, but Birchbox has always remained at the forefront of them. It is the best value for money, has the best variety, and with the review/points system inspires customers to come back and buy from the shop. Birchbox's customer service is unparalleled - every time I've had an issue, whether big or small, it has been dealt with professionally, respectfully and in an extremely timely manner. It's why I've been a subscriber for over 4 years now. I love Birchbox! I follow them on social media. I've tried to apply for a job there because I like how the company treats its employees. Birchbox seems to be a fun company to work for, which inspires their employees to perform their job to the highest standard.

I love the service that I get from Birchbox whenever I run into trouble. However, the only trouble I ever run into is shipping. It takes me about 4 weeks to get my orders and when you're excited about what you've ordered on Birchbox, that's a long time to wait.

I think Birchbox is a great company. I started with the monthly subscription box and have since become a regular shopper on the site. I think the product variety is pretty good and I have found the service to be great. I hope the brand continues to grow and expand nationally.
