No complaints!!
I love this!!! I get to sample before I buy. Its a race to the mailbox between my daughter and I when we see that beautiful box!!!!!

Best $10 a month you'll ever spend :)
I love getting to try the different samples every month that way I don't waste my money on something I'll never use. There point system is amazing and the customer service team is so helpful.

Spotty follow through
Overall I love the monthly boxes but I have had some trouble with fanged items then I'm told they will replace and it never gets to me. Just recently I ordered s eyeliner and it wasn't in my box when it came it was an order not my monthly box . Talked to info@birchbox said they would replace but never got the item. Too much trouble to contact customer service !

Okay
I love Birchbox but, after updateding my quiz several times I still continue to receive items I won't use in colors I'd never use. I know it's only $10 a month & to me that's pocket change but, I'd like to like the products I get & be able to use them. Unfortunately I'm stuck with a bunch of stuff I won't use.,

Great Products and Customer Service
I have been a Birchbox customer for over a year now and love the products offered. The customer service is also very efficient and resolved any concerns in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with everything Birchbox.

Excellent customer service and products!
Birch box has been a great experience for me. I haven't found a product that I don't like, at least not yet. It would be nice to receive larger samples and the occasional full size product. I do enjoy being able to sample products before I purchase any!

A Real Treat and Valuable Service
Getting the samples each month on Birchbox is so helpful. I have already purchased 3 items I've sampled and a fourth that looked promising.

Birchbox subscription
I love my Birchbox monthly subscription for $10 a month. Always receive great samples. Most samples I have liked, some I have not. However, isn't that the point of a sample...to find out if you like it before you buy it! I also love being a member of the website and getting points for my reviews and purchases. The points have saved me a lot of money when purchasing full size products from the website, and it is fun!
