I have found a lot of new products by companies I would have never found by myself without Birchbox. I like how each box is curated with certain things in mind (e.g. the holidays). When I reached out to customer service to resolve an issue, the person was kind and courteous and more than generous in the resolution. The response to my issue was fast. I am extremely impressed with Birchbox (their points system is easy and great for earning dollars towards your next purchase which go straight to earning you more points). I have recommended and will continue to recommend Birchbox to people in the future.

So far my experience with Birchbox has been outstanding. The products that I've ordered have been of good quality and delivered in a timely manner. On the rare occasion that I've encountered a problem, it has been quickly rectified by their team of customer service specialist. You can't ask for more than that.

When I opened my order, some of the bath soap had leaked in the box. It wasn't bad but I let them know via email. I got a prompt response and within a week they sent out two of my products without me asking for it. I thought they might just give me a credit but I was very happy with the results. The person I communicated with was AWESOME. Great service!

I love the concept of Birchbox for the obvious reasons (I get to try out samples of items I want, and get exposure to items I would never know about if it weren't for those samples), but I also am always SO impressed with their support team! It can be so difficult to operate and give great customer service in an online retail business. However, Birchbox has impressed me every time, regardless of the situation! It's typically my fault if I forget to apply a code at checkout, but they respond promptly, pleasantly and effectively! Kudos Birchbox!

I buy almost all of my hair and makeup products from Birchbox. Their prices are always competitive and the points or additional free samples outweigh the few dollars I might be able to save elsewhere. Their customer service has never disappointed me either. They reply promptly and with a solution to whatever problem I've had.

My overall experience was really good. It just seemed to take along time for shipping.
