Getting my monthly birchbox is something I always look forward to. I had one issue with a product order a few months back but it was handled efficiently and effectively.

It wiould be nice tot talk to someone on the phone or have my questions answer alor faster Sometime I cannot find my acct pt's when I am in my acct I been with birchbox over a year and really enjoy trying new product The customer service is very helpful

Love the items offered. They have a great selection. At first I assumed everyone got the same box. But my friend and I both subscribe and seldom have the same product. I love that when I order something it always arrives within a few days and never damaged. This is my #1 place to purchase my cosmetics,body wash, face products. The list goes on and on.

Birchbox has been an amazing subscription service with little qualms. I was never interested in beauty products, having only used makeup and hair products from drug stores. I never felt that the products were good quality and didn't want Sephora prices. On Birchbox, you get to sample all types of price points, qualities, and products with only spending $10 a month. After the first month, I was hooked and only buy my beauty items from Birchbox. I became an Ace member rather quickly and get free shipping. The reviewing of items also gives you an incredible deal every time you shop, which for me is almost monthly. My only issue with the website is that I often times get samples that are very similar or exactly the same. I received a lip stain that, although I love the color and brand of, twice in the exact color. Also, I wish there was an option to never receive fragrances. I cannot use perfume except for one type (which I found on Birchbox!) and end up just giving away the samples that aren't that scent. Overall I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

I enjoy receiving new product samples each month. I have changed a number of products I have to ones I have tried from birchbox. From mascara to hair products. My favorite find from birch box is Juliette has a gun not a perfume
