The products are great
The products are great! Have changed my life. However it says free shipping and yet I have to pay the FedEx fees. Don’t understand the FREE part of it

Please know that you are not being asked to pay additional shipping costs. Since you are importing your order and International orders are usually subject to Value Added Tax or Custom/Duties Fees by that country's customs department you may be asked to pay these fees depending on the size of your order as per that country's duty fee threshold. Value Added Tax is not charged to any International orders therefore not covered as part of your shipping and handling charges. When a carrier or freight forwarder clears a package for you, whatever taxes/fees they incur is passed on to you. Since you do not pay Valued Added Tax on orders placed with BiOptimizers that is not a charge we will cover for you.
