I can not say enough good things about magnesium breakthrough. I was highly skeptical about the products ability to actual provide relief from every day stressors as I've tried numerous products over the past 10 years. I followed the loading protocol and by week 2 I started noticing a drastic difference. The best way I can explain is normally I have these long "spikes" surrounding my mental state. These "spikes" get bumped and jostled by every little thing that occurs throughout the day, causing a stress response almost immediately. by week 2 these "spikes" had dulled and by the end of loading program they have all but disappeared. I'm currently on a maintenance dose I'm able to go through my day truly not stressing the small stuff and it is amazing. I still get caught up in it from time to time but hey, that's what mindfulness practice is for. Thanks bioptimezer for developing such an amazing product.
