Still not sure if the product is right for me but my appointment yesterday with Will straightened out a few problems. I used it today as directed but I did have one shockingly painful episode. It appears that the positioning of the electrode cuff is VERY prone to operator(?) error, and the penalty for error seems pretty severe. It shocked the daylights out of me. After I hurriedly hit the kill switch and rotated the cuff slightly it worked fine but honestly I was very hesitant to retry the training program for fear of having a repeat experience. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Bioness worked closely with me in support of my needs to provide a product (L300 foot drop system) that was not available with other companies, and helped get me support from my insurance company.

I have only worn my device for two weeks, but the improvement in my gait is almost too good to believe. I am very happy!

I can't say enough about how much Stephanie helped with my situation of finally obtaining the Bioness. She kept me more informed about what was going on in the procedure then my government representative. Also, Shaunna had no issues answering any questions I had with the device and seemed almost as excited as I was to get the device. The Bioness its self is an awesome device as well. Overall though it was your staff that did a great job with their patience in obtaining the device. I'm still in the "training" phase of the item but it's been awesome so far. I don't hope to meet a person in my situation but if I did I would recommend the Bioness.

We have just begun the use of the Bioness, but, so far it is working fine and shows an awful lot of promise!

Very pleased to receive the bioness device for my drop foot due to MS. Everything works as advertised. Only complaint is there should be some padding on the foot module because it eats up the side of my foot. I bought some moleskin to help but it is just another step that should not be needed. All communication with the Bioness company was very friendly, professional and timely. Very pleased with customer service so far!!
