Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry that you were unable to locate your package, and we understand how frustrating it is when an order is marked as delivered but cannot be found. We reviewed this matter with you directly and confirmed that the international shipment was transferred to Canada Post for final delivery. The carrier’s official tracking subsequently marked the package as delivered to a community mailbox, parcel locker, or apartment/condo mailbox. We understand that you advised us that the package was not there, which is why we continued communicating with you and asked for additional information regarding what Canada Post had told you. We also offered to cooperate directly if Canada Post required information from us as the sender. Unfortunately, because the destination carrier officially confirmed the shipment as delivered, we did not have documentation confirming a lost or misdelivered package that would allow us to proceed with a replacement or refund under our international shipping policy. We sincerely regret that we were unable to provide the resolution you were hoping for. We remain available to cooperate with Canada Post should they require anything further from us regarding the delivery.
