My first order of Ethiopian black seed oil.
My first order of Ethiopian black seed oil had a label expiration date of6/2026when I ordered it&it arrived in6/2026. I notified the company by email&was told there was a labeling error&it was still safe to consume.I informed customer service that I didn’t feel safe using that oil&was going to discard in the trash since it was my trash day. I realized the next day that I should have just returned the oil&requested a exchange/refund.I notified customer service about that issue&I did receive another bottle with fair warning that I should have just returned the mislabeled bottle.I have received the replacement bottle with correct labeling&I am happy with the oil&am a subscriber now.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! Because our Black Seed Oil is 100% natural and completely unfiltered, some variation in color between harvests and batches is completely normal. Depending on the harvest and how the natural seed sediment mixes into the oil, it may appear lighter or darker than previous bottles. We appreciate your continued trust in Bionatal!

Fast shipping
Fast shipping, extremely well packaged. This was my second purchase and I noticed on my first bottle when getting towards the bottom there was a lot of sediment so I now shake it a little before use. I only took one star off because getting it open is a pain and it doesn't close tightly. The product is excellent.
