I was a little leery when looking into meal replacement shakes. I did alot of research and read reviews and decided to take the plunge with BIOMESECRET. I a now a month in and what a difference. I have dealt with constipation for most of my adult and never found anything that worked consistently. Biomesecret has me going daily and without any bloat or discomfort. I traveled over a long weekend and could tell I was not taking the shake (I wanted to test) and felt so much better when I started back up. I have never been the best eater and this gives me the nutrients my body so desperately needed - plus it tastes GREAT. One tip - use the coldest water you can. Will definitely be keeping this a part of my daily diet.

I love the communication the company gives from the tips for success to the gentle nudge that it is time to reorder (then the speed in which the order came). But more than that, I love the product. The chocolate needs less water than the vanilla, but once you figure out the consistency you like the shakes are good and they are satiating. I am a teacher with almost NO time for lunch, so the shake is great to replace my mid day meal and I'm not grouchy or hangry... which I appreciate and so do my students!

Biome shakes have enabled me to lose 7 lbs in one month, and I'm on track to do again this month. Because the shakes are yummy and supress appetite I'm sticking with them! I also have a healthier gut - no more stomach aches. Because I am pre-diabetic, these changes are life changing. Thank you Biome!

Excellent amount of protein, fiber and minerals. Great taste both chocolate and vanilla. This is my second order and I have shared this with many friends and family. I would highly recommend!

I am a really big fan of these! I didn’t know if it was possible to have so much nutrition in a shake that actually tastes good, but it really does. They have really been helpful with placing various meals for me. And I really love the packaging! It makes it so easy to store and easily take a pack whenever I need.

These are so thick! I made the mistake of putting only 8 ounces of water the 1st time and it was literally pudding lol. I think i will split each sachel into 2 meals and use 8 ounces of water for each. That will equal about the same cost and amount of product as my old herbal life regiment. These are tasty and keep me full. I think i found my go to shake
