The shakes tasted good. I found that the powder was a little difficult to dissolve. That is the only reason that I didn't give a perfect score.

Delaying a shipment or changing the date of a shipment is super easy. I appreciate the user friendly web site and the shipment reminders. I have only tried the chocolate flavor and it is very good. I have been replacing lunch with the shakes and it is very satisfying.

Quick and easy shakes. I love both flavors. They keep me full for most of the morning and I find myself snacking less. A good meal when your on the go and don't have time to eat too..

Ok so here is my experience with Biome - I am on day 4. I purchased the chocolate option and the package came in 5 days (3 business days) from Denmark, so not too bad. The taste is super chalky, I'm not going to lie - however, for me being a vegetarian, the benefits of getting 40g of protein in one shake outweighs the taste for me. A good majority of the ingredients are also in my greens drink I take so it also has that added perk for me not to drink both. Due to the nutrients, I'm going to continue with this shake for a while and see how it goes. Surprisingly I did not have any stomach issues which was also a reason I will probably continue with it, as this is always a problem for me with protein shakes.

customer service informed me that not only can the package not be opened, but that it can only be returned to the Germany facility, so if you live in the U.S., the postage will cost more than the product. This is a scam! I researched and found out that it would cost me $60 to send it to Germany. I researched this product for a while, read reviews and looked up ingredients and finally made a purchase. I received my order timely and I made my first shake today...It is horrible! I don't understand how anyone could drink this stuff, its chalky and it has an overly sweet gross flavor, I can't even imagine how they deem this to taste good. I bought the vanilla caramel so I could either add cocoa to make it chocolate or coffee granules or both. So, I have requested to return the unopened bag as well as the other 14 packets(comes in a bag containing 15 packets and I purchased two bags) however, in reading deeper into the return policy it states they will only take back unopened packs in the original shipping box. So beware, this product is so disgusting flavor wise and once you open it you are stuck with it, not a great policy for a company that claims customer satisfaction is a high priority. I absolutely do NOT recommend this product. After reaching out to the company, they have acknowledged my disappointment and frustration, and have provided a full refund to me. I greatly appreciate the extra work that this company put forth to make a satisfactory resolution to this problem.
