I love Biome Secret. I have a sensitive stomach and experimented vast amounts of meal replacements in the market. Most brands either make me extremely gassy, have a horrible taste, leave a weird after taste or feeling very unsatisfied. Very happy to take the advise of a friend to try Biome Secret. I did and have been ordering ever since. Chocolate is my favorite for me!

I’ve tried many meal replacement shakes, and Biome Secret stands out for how filling it is, thanks to the high protein and fiber. The taste is smooth and not overly sweet, with no chalky texture, even when mixed with just water. I appreciate that it includes vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and digestive enzymes, which seemed to help with digestion. The single‑serve packets make it convenient for busy mornings or lunches. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it if you want a true, nutritionally complete meal replacement. Bryan Gerdzunas

Efficient, effective, and delicious. I have been more than pleased with these meal replacement shakes and am happy to report 30lb weight loss over 9 months of using 5 times per week!

The Biome shakes are easy to drink. I feel full for hours afterwards. AND I just started drinking one a day, 2 weeks ago and have lost 3 pounds. I have more energy as well. I have been struggling to lose for over a year. Finally, I have found something that helps.

Biome Secret tastes great and is choc full of protein, fiber and nutrients. It does not have a chalky taste at all. I’ve tried lots of protein powders and meal replacement shakes and this is one of the best! I love to mix it with other things too!

Honestly best shakes I’ve ever had.
