This is my second order—I’ve definitely noticed some weight loss. The shakes are yummy—the chocolate one is better IMHO. Deducted 1 star however because in my last order the vanilla caramel bag has loose powder everywhere. I thought it was because one of the bags was ripped but that wasn’t the case . Just messy.

The ordering experience is so easy. The reason it is 4 not five is because I do have to add a couple things to be able to stomach the shakes. I historically cannot handle protein shake at all, but I was hoping I could do this. It is the most tolerable shake I've had by itself, but I wanted to enjoy my.lunch time a little bit. In the morning I add 1 banana (for texture) 2tbls of unsweetened cocoa powder, and a tsp of cinnamon. This is blended together with water and ice and allowed to thicken in my refrigerator. I love them. It also helps stop my sugar cravings

The product and ingredients are solid. I have a very sensitive stomach and an allergy to gluten. This product digests well and gives me energy without the crash. I work the graveyard shift and this really helps me get through my shift without feeling like I need to eat all night long. My weight loss has been gradual and that works well for me.

I really liked the way it filled me up. I liked the taste. I did not like the thickness. It became the consistency of pudding before I could drink it all the way. I don’t want to have to guzzle my meal. It did help me feel good though.
