I like the product very much but have gotten too many bags and needed to pause my shipment. I like the taste, it gets a little gritty at the end. It makes me feel great and helps me keep my fast. I haven't noticed much weight loss but like the way I feel.

These shakes really are excellent! I’m an extremely picky eater and have struggled with finding a good protein shake option to substitute meals- not only do these taste great (I get the chocolate flavor), but the texture is so smooth. If you’re like me and texture freaks you out, you HAVE to give these a try! I tried the chocolate flavor meal replacement shakes from Biome Secret. I really like them as they have great flavor and really provide good hunger control from lunchtime all the way to dinner time.

This is my go-to protein shake several days a week. I mix half the powder (whole packet is too much for me at one time) with half a banana, a handful of ice, and equal parts oat milk and water for my preferred shake taste. With vanilla, I also add cinnamon. I started low dose of zepbound 5 months ago and was looking for a high protein option for breakfast or lunch. Shakes are easy to make, feel healthy, and fill me up. The modifications above improve the flavor and hide the funny sucralose taste for me. I’m already down over 40lbs. Started at 223, and now at 181.5 today.

Helping me maintain weight loss, feel satisfied after drinking. Tastes ok, think they changed their recipe. Chocolate is definitely better than the caramel.
