I have only been taking these shakes for a litle under 2 months. I have used one other meal replacement shake before, but this product has definitely made a difference in my life. I am 74 years old and have been over-weight, sleepless and suffered from low energy. I lost a total of 8 pounds so far and it took some time before I actually started to see if come off as quickly as it appears to be falling now! Itt definitely helps curb hunger and gives me a definite energy boost and feeling of well-being. I also really like the company's reliability and support and the first days of product use recommendaions and comments were very helpful.

I noticed an immediate improvement in my GI tract after starting these shakes. I am not seeing a dramatic weight loss effect but I am still tweaking my eating/exercise routine.
