I'm really enjoying Biome Secret! The shakes are great tasting and really fill me up! It has actually been really easy to do the meal replacement, which has not been easy for me in the past with other brands of shakes. I feel great as well and will definitely continue my meal replacements with these shakes. The subscription is so easy to manage and I love that I get emails before each shipment to remind me it's coming so if I were to need to skip a month, cancel or whatever, it's all right there in the email.

I was looking for a high quality meal replacement shake and this shake had everything I was looking for nutritionally. I like that it also has probiotics. Both flavors are good and don’t have an artificial sweetener flavor some of the other shakes have. My only complaint is it doesn’t mix well in a shaker bottle. There are always large clumps left behind which is inconvenient if you’re making it when you’re outside the house. Other than that the shake keeps me full for a good 3-4 hours because of the high fiber content.

Love the flavors. It keeps me full almost all day with awesome energy.

I've been using Biome shakes for about two weeks. My appetite is suppressed for several hours, allowing me to go without the feeling of "I'm starving!" Digestion has improved, along with an increase in my energy levels. Overall satisfaction with this product!
