Easy to make with my ninja blender. I add fresh fruit to enhance taste of the vanilla flavor. It is filling.

I am really enjoying these shakes. I pre-make them before work so I have for lunch. They keep me full and my appetite has decreased. Only issue I have is I get heartburn after drinking them.

Love the convenience of these! The flavors are great and knowing the nutritional benefits are there is amazing. My only note for these is that they are incredibly thick and settle very quickly even after being blended in a blender. It says to do 16oz of water but mine always comes out like sludge for that. So I need to do 20-22oz to make it a drinkable consistency. I would also love to see more flavors!

The shakes were very filling and to my surprise tasty. I did separate the packets into two different meals as each packet made it too thick for one shake. These shakes were much better than other meal supplement shakes I have had in the past.

I like the shakes. They are easy and convenient. The chocolate flavor is Yummo! On the other hand the vanilla- caramel is difficult to down, and I usually love all things, vanilla-caramel. I have tried it with water, almond milk, and my black coffee. I just can’t seem to enjoy the vanilla caramel flavored shake. If I had to use one word for the vanilla caramel flavor, it would be, gross.

I do feel full. Flavors are pretty good. Easy way to help me meet my calorie and protein goals. I think it’s helping me.
