I've been drinking Biome Secret shakes for just over three weeks now, and I'm really happy with the results so far. I switched from another popular brand that had a great chocolate flavor, but unfortunately, it also caused me severe gas and digestive discomfort. Biome Secret’s chocolate taste is definitely different from what I was used to—it’s more natural and less sweet—but I quickly got used to it. Honestly, the health benefits and how much better I feel make the trade-off more than worth it. I’ll take a slightly different flavor over bloating any day! I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a gut-friendly shake that actually delivers on its promises.

I love the shakes. I replace my lunch with them. After 2 weeks I already feel so much better! Bloating down and weight down. Energy up! Delicious and working on my health. Plus I don’t have to think about what to pack for lunch.

I'm very happy with the product. Delivery was good, the price is good, it tastes great, and it mixes well (even in a shaker). When you make a serving it is too thick for me, but that just means I get two servings from each packet instead of one (good deal!). It's the best I've tried, and I've tried many.

I hav e been able to lose 12 lbs in the first month and I have more energy and am sleeping better. I find myslef looking forward to my shake everyday. The flavor is good and the shake is filling.

Biome Secret Shakes are how I start my day! They are delicious and filled with nutrients and no junk! They even seem to be helping some gut problems I've had. I would recommend these shakes.
