The chocolate flavor is good and filling

This is the second time I’ve ordered and both times I’ve been amazed at how quickly I received my product, especially considering it’s coming from Germany. The packaging is perfect. The shakes taste great too and keep me full and nourished for multiple hours.

I have used many shake products in the past, however Biome product has truly been the best! It keeps me full and reduces my overall cravings. The added vitamins and minerals is the top reason why I love this product. I have been dealing with foot pain for months. These added minerals were so helpful in my daily routine. I have felt less stress and inflammation overall. The weight is also starting to decrease. I am glad I have found this product.

The daily emails are very informative, and I appreciate that they are brief. Short and sweet, to the point! I have found that the Biome shakes curb my appetite. I have not ended up using them as a meal replacement but as a late afternoon snack. I use half a packet mixed with water and several ice cubes and have a fantastic shake that keeps me full until dinner time without the horrible hunger pains I feel when trying to not snack on unhealthy choices.
