I was unable to consume this meal replacement shake due to gastrointestinal problems which was worse when consuming this shake. I reached out to customer service and they agreed on giving me a partial refund on the bag I didn't open total $58.50. I purchased 2 bags but if you open a bag it's not refundable. The company Biome was very quick to respond to my emails. I'm pleased that they made this right ✅️.

The pounds seem to roll off pretty easily after using the shakes. I’ve lost about 17 pounds so far by watching what I eat and using the shakes I think this is a great product.

The order (and cancellation) process was easy and straightforward. I like the shake taste of the chocolate but it was too thick for my liking. I even cut into half and drank as two separate drinks and that was better but still kinda chunky. It works best to blend with a little blender than to shake in a shaker container. Good flavor, no bad aftertaste. I didn’t use long enough to see a significant weight decrease.

Tried Biome shakes based on research and reviews. I bought the chocolate as other flavors seem chalky. However, not with Biome. It is a large serving, and has all the vitamins and minerals you need. Great taste, and is filling. Glad I gave it a try. I am a satisfied customer.
