I’ve lost 10lbs in the three weeks I’ve been using it with no appreciable change in my routine. I am using the vanilla caramel flavor and it is delicious. After drinking a shake you feel truly full for hours.

The shakes are delicious! I like the ingredients and all the vitamins in the shakes. They are very high in protein and fiber with no added sugar. The delivery is fast and their customer service is awesome. They get back to you quickly. Even with silly questions! 😁 I can't say that I've lost weight, but that's probably my fault. (Making poor food/alcohol choices)😢 I can say that I have a lot more energy, which helps with my motivation to work out or go for walks, etc.
