I’ve enjoyed the Biome Secret Meal Replacement Shakes. They fill me up and keep me full until dinner. They taste pretty good as well! Just make sure you use COLD water. I also really love the convenience of them. I’m on month 2 and plan to keep going! -Melinda Viohl

The meal replacement shakes have exceeded my expectations. They are filling, great taste, smooth texture, easy to make without clumps and I feel less bloated. One of my favorite things is the good nutrition and good taste. It's hard to find a shake that taste good, is nutritious and dissolves easily.

The flavors taste great and the thickness of the shakes are more filling, especially since you use 16oz water instead of the typical 8oz. - It is my breakfast meal replacement that gives me the vitamins I need also.

I have neuropathy and part of my treatment is losing weight and reducing blood sugars. Ya gotta eat and dieting is not easy and far to attentive for busy schedule. This product covers both my objectives in one easy shake. Did business with another source and they couldn't get their scheduling timely; I was always running out. This company is right on time, consistent. One shake in the morning and I'm good for the day, until supper. Tastes great and individually packaged which keeps any mess to a minimum.

I tried Biome Secret at the suggestion of a friend as a meal supplement drink and was surprised to find that the shakes only require water and are quite tasty. I like the Chocolate flavor and it's not chalking like other drinks. Highly recommend it.

Balanced nutrition with high level of protein. I use as a morning meal and it carries me to lunch. Very tasty. Needs to be shaken vigorously for a minute or it doesn’t fully blend. A blender may work better, but I have not tried. If you let it sit for a few minutes it thickens which makes for a nice mouth feel.

I have had many shakes in my life time, but the Biome chocolate shakes are fabulous. I like mine on the thicker side, but they taste good, they are filling, and I drink mine early in the morning like 5/6:00 and caves me full until about 3 o’clock. I usually drink them plain, but I’ve added banana bananas, blueberries, and different fruit mix and they taste wonderful.. .
