Garbage product. Terrible customer service. Had a 5watt solar panel from them, it didn't work well enough to charge a phone after a few days of direct sun when brand new. Now after a few years of not using it, it is completely non functional. They would not replace.

They are consistent providers of an excellent product. On top of that, they have a great mission to support with their sales. I’ve been using one of their power hubs, some of their lights, and a solar panel 5 for off the grid lighting and device charging for years without issues. I had a small issue arise with a shipment recently, and customer service was quick and helpful.

Junk. Headlamp battery failed after a few short uses.

I bought a light to run in the mornings in March of 2026. At the beginning of May 2026 the light stopped working or charging at all. I have reached out to customer service 4 times for a replacement and all they do is ask for more information. Terrible customer service for a well built product before the issue.

The customer service I received was top notch. Through a mix of their and my own issues related to an order, it looked I was potential at an impasse. But they proactively kept working to successfully resolve the issue to make sure I was satisfied. Layn was very responsive. The experienced definitely raised my assessment of them as a company.
