Biolife plasma Is by far, the best donation center I've ever visited. They're very professional and fun at the same time. The energy of the atmosphere has always been positive, they talk to you and treat you with much respect, always, at every visit. The staff Is very cooperative, thorough, precise, and do their jobs with precision, they monitor and watch over the donor's, they check on the donor's frequently and ask If everything Is okay, Is their any discomfort, are you comfortable, Is their any pain, etc. They ask all the right questions, making sure the donor's comfortable and know, their health Is a top priority, and, how special and appreciated they are. Every center I've ever donated to did a great job, except one place, where an adolescent minded manager, put his infantile negative attitude, before, what's best for the recipient's in need of healthy plasma, such as mine. Some of the staff would talk down to their donor's unnecessarily and unprovoked. The company's name is not worth mentioning and I vowed to never return, and I haven't. I thank god, for directing me to better plasma center's, such as Biolife, they never changed up on me, mistreated me, nor lied on, or to me. Biolife plasma, by far, Is the best experience, I've ever had since donating plasma, and I've been happily donating to center's for nearly two years. I always speak the truth, which mean's a lot to me. Honesty Is key, In everything a person does, everything. This company and their staff, are the truth, they deserves a 10 star experience, 100% awesome, in everyway. In my opinion and experience, they have no competition. If you ever thought of donating plasma, go to Biolife, you will not regret It. Tell them Angela Angela referred you (they'll know exactly who I am, Lol) Biolife Plasma of Deptford NJ, I Love you guy's so much, but more importantly, I love doing the amazing, helping to heal those In need, the best way I can. Which Is the main reason, I chose healthcare, as my career since 1985. Other than giving birth, donating to Biolife Plasma, is one of the best decision's, I've ever made. I think you should give the employees a 50 cent every time someone ask a reserved employee you've been amazed out different is when somebody pokes in the arm it's not that bad then when somebody knows no clue what's going on a dig around in your arm like putting a tree up your arm so I feel that you should give them 50 cents for the good poker's and then us we should fill out a review card and give them names so that way you know who's a good poker and who's not cuz you guys always say that we're important if it wasn't for us you guys wouldn't get the plasma thank you

Friendly staff throughout. Not only are they engaging with each other, they engage each donor in a happy manner. There are times that it's busy and takes a bit longer to get hooked up and unhooked but honestly that's nothing to complain about. I make sure to schedule my appointments with enough time between my donation and whatever I need to do afterwards just incase they are running slow.

They are all so helpful and very knowledgeable at what they're doing. They all make you feel like you matter. And that your visit is very important.

The staff is awesome. I have met so many great people working in center. They work hard and are always aware of the safety issues of their job. Very professional and always kind.

I donate at the Oshkosh facility and must say the whole staff there is very considerate of their clients. If an issue ever arises you are seen by a nurse right away and you will get a call from them the next day.
