When I first came I was not impressed by one of the ladies here she was vey rude.. But after I came back, I have had a wonderful experience with the people in the back. Terrell Collins in Waco has been very kind and gentle. He talks to everyone and I can tell makes them feel better. I got sick at one appointment and the staff on back were quick and comforting. I am glad I came back. Great place!

The check-in is fast and easy 10 minutes, everyone is freindly, the wait to get on the chair is also quite, the techs are professional and the process is painless, 1 hr and 15 minute from start to end....
