The team on Bethel Road in Columbus is great. Fast courteous and always on the move. The techs that set you up to donate are fantastic and smooth. So many..Armonn, Eke, Hayleigh, Jasmine, Brie, Dillon, Pingping, and many more whose names are escaping me...great people working here.

I was treated well, and i observed others that were also. They are caring and efficient and professional, more so then other well known clinics of this nature. Couple of cons are no answer of questions by phone, but everything is accurate with receiving, sometimes wait time to receive help is awhile. Otherwise very professional atmosphere and alot of help to check on you during collection

I always have a good time visiting and seeing the friendly, helpful staff. I do have one concern though. I donate at the janesville location. They have done away with having those of us who are harder to get a vein as those that only certain employees can do the sticking on. I often wind having both arms poked and wrapped, because someone can't find my vain and then someone who actually knows how to get my difficult veins has to come stick the other arm. Not only does this, sometimes take considerable extra time, but I also wind up unnecessarily getting both arms stuck

I enjoy my time at Biolife. I think all the employees are kind and helpful. My only complaint is sometimes the lines get long but I don’t think that can be helped. They have a lot of employees and you can see them working hard. I would recommend the Kennesaw location.

All personal are professional, personable, pleasant and caring. The only complaint I had for the most recent donation was that I was directly beneath a cooling vent and it was cold. All other experiences at Biolife in Fond du Lac, WI were very good.

It has always been a great experience for me at the Coralville site. They are friendly, efficient, and make the whole process very pleasant. My daughters both had bad experience at other sites but I have been very happy here. It is nice to help others. The compensation has also been extremely helpful to my family.

A rather decent place it can take some time to get someone to notice you. However once you do the wait isn't to long. They have all been nice to me so far.

Fond du Lac does a great job and everyone is always friendly and helpful. I wish at this location you could request a certain person for a stick if you have difficult veins to stick. Mine are large, but can roll or have scar tissue and some people just can't do it! Would save me having to be stuck twice or even not being able to continue the donation.
