The staff is very professional and friendly. I've been donating for10 years and never had a bad experience.

The place is always so clean and the staff are courteous and competent. Sheyla and Ellie especially.

The staff is always welcoming & friendly at the Worcester site. Very understaffed or under scheduling of staff. Waiting in line for a half hour for vitals & another half hour for bed availability is ridiculous though. Especially when one is ultimately turned away because of unacceptable vitals.

On the first two visits, everyone was pleasant and professional. On the third, they were indifferent, distracted - maybe under-staffed? On the really bright side, the debit card service is flawless!

The staff is awesome and have only caused me minimal pain lol. I like the music they play. The scheduling is the only downfall there. You don't normally get to begin donating until at least 1/2 hour after your appointment time. Valentine is the best!

I have been doing this for a couple of months. The place is clean and the staff is extra friendly. I haven't had any bad experiences with any of the donations and will continue to donate a few times a month.

Everything was quick and effiecent. Speacilly the fact i didnt have to reschedule for a physical. The only down is the pre paid card. You got to go to a in network atm and take it all out and if you dont you get charge for purchases you make with the card
